focus rs was about the same price in2016, a sti would have been 63k to buy knew at the same time, car prices have generally being going up too, sure Irish prices are mad but the Yaris doesn’t seem the worst to me

yes 50k on a Toyota just stupid but look at the prices of our cars new 15 years ago mad aswell...gotta look at how special the build & engine is and fact its a proper Homologation build....and forget about fact its a "Yaris" ...difficult i know.

I know that Barry same here ..nuts country for petrol heads.

Mate in Germany told me before thats there's no tax (in the pricing of the car) for Germans that buy German cars there ..they really do have it nailed

Imo it's not a great looking car
Yes! Nice power but there can't be much left for tuning on a 3 cylinder.
Price is expensive and it doesn't look anything like the rally car version.

Also manufactures were making this power and better looking 25 years ago.

It’s exciting Johnny and people from all walks of life , no matter if on a shoe string budget to millionaires with super cars are interested.
The new wrc car in that body will be out in ‘22 , with everything going on they decided to use the old car for ‘21 .
I agree it’s too dear here but lads will still buy.

An r5 polo or fiesta are the same spec . 1200kg 270-300hp and a cage and there 180-200k That road going Yaris is 55-58 yes not cheap but a lot of car when you look at it I the bigger picture
