Robert Barrable will be contesting the this rally in his Tunnock’s World Rally Team Ford Fiesta R5 – in a homeland high-speed Tarmac test run ahead of the Circuit of Ireland Rally (April 17-19).

Its a bit too far down for me but am hoping to get back out on the ditches later this year for a bit of rallying with the young lad

Anyone thats had a problem with Godspeed Brakes can head down & confront him - he's racing in position 27 :icon_grin:

Yes me at 27th , first time in a WRC , so not expecting great things , but still if anyone fancies a chat your more than welcome , we sell a lot of brakes in Ireland so there are plenty to chat to , were bringing over a few orders to be collected from us :thumbsup:

Good to hear , and thanks for the good wishes , tried doing a couple of events in it in the last month but it was cutting out , all sorted and have a local guy who's a member on here sitting in with me , looking forward to it , jumping on a ferry in a few hours time to come over

That could be interesting - trying to understand those Cork hoors at the best of times can be hard - I wouldn't like to be learning their lingo when driving a wrc car at full tilt into a square left :changinggear:

We have competed quite a few events together so no problems at all

Would love to make it down and see the car in the flesh... but it'll have to be another time! :icon_sad:
