thats the man indeed......................................

to me its a wrx..

sti v1 in 94 had no roof vent.. so would think retro fitted. if genuine v1 sti why would limited 1 of 100/200 badge be removed from underbonnet.

dccd option only came out from 95 v2 sti ra onwards

wells lads according to the ryans on the bandon road this car is a wrx sti type ra happy days :multijump: :multijump:

Are they a Subaru Dealer? And How did they come to that conclusion?

It does have the black handles and vent like the STI-RA ( but i thought they were 95 on) and also I had a mate with an Ra years ago and he blew the box. He ended up replacing the box and diff for a Uk one as a Diff control one wasn't available secondhand and no one would chance rebuilding the diff control box for some reason :dontknow:
Cheers

The car does need a good cleaning and tidy up in general, but then again subaru owners version of clean and mint are far from standard! We all have high expectations and sometimes not always met! The engine that has been fitted sounds good and the rest can be cleaned up without too much bother id say.

Grand project for anyone, might help to be a little flexible on price though, market is in shite!
