i got a clutch replaced under warranty in my 1.6 a couple of years ago as it was juttery which is component failure not wear and tear had a lot of hassle but eventually had to get an assessor and a solicitor lined up and rang the garage told him the car was going in to be stripped down that evening and that i'd send him on the invoices for everything including the replacement parts and just hung up on him without giving him a chance to reply he rang me back within an hour and told me to bring the car down to them as soon as i could and they would sort it out and give me a loan car for a couple of days but if your clutch is completely gone i dont think you'll have any luck
