Just start her up, Drive her handy for the first mile or two, then drive her on!
As above, just ticking over will leave oil colder for longer and gearbox and diff and brakes will still be cold!

@ dan Thats what i do aswell.
There is no point leaving it ticking over from cold, it takes too long to reach the right temp.
