She is BACK!

So, today I finally collected my red Hawk from Dave, and she drives better than ever.

Dave did outstanding job and had the whole thing fixed in few hours, if I knew that I will get stuck on such stupid thing, I would not waste time and drove it to him right away.

Currently I will still need to change wheel bearings and do some bodywork(repaint other 3 wheels, change the fender). So soon she should be back and even better than before.

So what Dave did, he replaced my old steel wishbones for STI Aluminium ones, installed Whiteline uprated front antirollbar 22mm and aluminium whiteline droplinks. Along with that inner&outer tie rods were replaced on both sides and both ball joints needed to be replaced.

There is lot of things that I would have probably missed if attempted to fix it myself, so I would like to thank Dave once again for taking such a good care of her.

I am incredibly happy to have her back, will post picture of her as soon as i get my phone charged

Adding new pic of the car with new color wheel, i thing dark suits her better. You can also see i am missing the side skirt, which i will put back on as soon as i get the fender fixed, need to pass nct in few weeks, so i will only fiberglass and kit it and spray red so it passes, then when i get back some more money, will change the whole fender

So, today I finally had chance to work on her and fix few bits. This is not finished yet, as I will change the whole fender, but this should pass nct. Will add mudflap and side skirt and should be good to go...

 good man  you should use p38 easy sand filler instead of the fibreglass filler as it's just for bridging holes
