Most people on here prefer NGK, although Denso are what Subaru use in the rally team so can't be that bad either.

I use Denso Iridium plugs and Castrol 10/60 Edge for track and road cars all the time, very good stuff. As for a dealer advising a 10/40 semi-synth, don't listen.
