SIMON MCKINLEY
Motorsport Ireland deeply regrets that competitor Simon McKinley of Naul, County Meath, has passed away following injuries received in a tragic accident that occurred at the Clare Motor Club Hillclimb today Saturday 25th April 2015.

As a mark of respect the organisers, Clare Motor Club, have cancelled the remainder of the event. Motorsport Ireland and Clare Motor Club extend their heartfelt sympathy to Simon’s family and friends. Our thoughts and prayers are with them at this very sad time.

Hard to to take on board lads.

We both grew up together at a young age doing motorcycle trials.
Knew him well back then....

Every Sunday the length and breath of the country....
He was as mad as a brush on the bikes and always had a massive grin on his face, winning or loosing!

A true Motorsport man out n out.

I'm really shocked that he has been taken far too soon.

I have no words.

God speed Simon... Plenty of talent up there who would love some of your sideways driving skills
