Is there any how to guides /easy way of fitting a replacement oe turbo intake pipe on a 2005 forester xt 2.0 177bhp.

Alot of people online seem to replace them with silicone versions.
I have the oe pipe

Inlet manifold off , so 2 gaskets needed , once off you may need to separate the fuel pipes and loom to remove the old one ,
Tricky time consuming job especially the first time .
If you want I could give you a hand doing it some evening if it dry lol

Thanks baz.

I was half way through trying to squeeze/break the old one out today and couldn't see how new one would go in without manifold off.

I'll order some gaskets and try it then.

Thanks for the offer, appreciate it 👍

If you or the weather is dry 🤔🤭

As the lads says the silicone ones can squeeze under but it’s just handier to lift the inlet manifold and have the proper access .
