Herself has a 00 pug 206 1.1l and last year the car over heated on us going up a big hill with noone around we had to let it cool and slowly make our way up the hill and stop and cool before it over heated etc etc you get the picture
anyways got home with the car only over heating twice. but it turned out that the fan was fried in it hense why it over heated.
The fan was replaced and but over the last few months if you drive more than 30mins its start making its way to the red line again.
She uses the car to drive back and forward to work every day and its only a 5mins drive so the car never really gets hot enough.
So what should i be looking for?
Is the rad cold or hot after a good drive?
Blocked pipe to rad?
Theromostat gone?
