My Subaru Legacy has issue with engine, replaced Turbo took for test drive and it not good conked out, Jumped started back up and it made steel noises, do you think engine gone ??
 
Steel on steel doesn’t sound good unfortunately 🤦‍♀️

Might have 2004 wr legacy for sale in the next week it so with a good engine if intrested
 
Engine mount wouldn’t make that much noise . Put up a. Video if you can and will have a better idea .
Did you check the turbo oil feeds to make sure they were clear before you bolted the new turbo in . Maybe the turbos gone again . Was it a secondhand unit and did you check the play in it before installing

I got from Traynors, I hope they checked the oil feeds 🤦‍♀️ first
