It's either springs or coilovers you can't fit both lol
 
Hi, what kind of Hawk is it?

If not STI... I am thinking of changing my STI struts and springs for coilovers in the coming 4-6 weeks, so maybe STI setup some good to you (is firmer and lower than std)?

My car has done 36k miles. Fronts are perfect and rears are making sounds and binding a little when driven a while. This is a known issue with STI shock and requires dismanteling and regreasing of the shocks (easy DIY job before you would fit them). PM if you're interested.
 
Hello.Sounds good but struts wont fit my car as mine 2l non turbo has PCD 5x100 and yours is 5x114 but i think springs should fit but im not sure
