Lads am i the only one here who has this problem with a main dealer. I went in yesterday to get an oil filter and a sump gasket. I had to give my chassis number and the guy goes "oh thats an import, that could be a problem". It wasn't a problem, he had the parts. But everytime i go there he always says the same thing. Was so sick hearing it that i fooked him out of it on the spot!!

denis & mary ryan quoted me €2,200 to fix a problem with heater, i will have it done myself for under €150. please someone complain at a high level. we should have some pull!

I eventually got most of my money back by threatening them with the SIMI and after giving out for weeks.

went to hb dennis get a price to replace the back bumper and rear light cluster nearly had a heart attack when they told my it would be over 1,100 euros to fix both of them :angry: :angry: :angry: :shoot: :shoot: :hang: short of it is i took the bumper off myself and repaired it and getting a back light from carroll and roche for 240 euro's happy days :dance: :dance: thousand euros my ass
 
I was quoted €900 for a new steering column fitting included. Got one in a breakers yard for €150 with the switches and fitted myself.

Is it really any wonder that they have a Mazda RX8 for sale for about a year and a half, 29k they want for an 03 or 04, if they dont know their sh*t with pistons Id shave off my eyebrows quicker than Id buy a rotary off them :D
