you have to use the link directly from were you got it, like if you got the pic of the internet, got to that pic, right click on it and click on 'properties', then copy the location, and paste it into the Url place in the avatar changing section of your profile

Same as putting one into your post! Copy and paste this into your Signiture box

then paste the Direct route from the Pic in PhotoBucket in between the Two img Boxes!
