Impreza head gasket repair

Hi, could anyone recommend a good Subaru specialist for my 2000 Turbo,,, head gasket failure ,, had car since new ,, Thks Hugh for
 
Very small Milage for the head gasket to go . Did it loose all coolant and boil or what’s the symptoms you have
 
I wasn’t driving it at the time, it was hot bubbling , could be radiator problem but … I haven’t used the car for a few years but want to get it going again … not much out there to replace it
 
id be checking to see if rad is blocked first , thermostat blocks very often of them also.
No way is the heads gone with 35000kms - its something silly
Flush it all out and put new stat in
I have had at least 4 over the years with dodgy stats that gave head gasket symptoms
