Yes it is one of the few left that is untouched all body pannels are original and never painted. Not just saying because it's my car but car is as it left Subaru all them 20 years ago. Iv been driving subarus for years and never seen one as original as this. Thanks for the feed back its all welcome ????????

Good cars are thing on the ground so if it's that good dont sell it as you.ll never get another 1 :thumbsup:any photos of underneath

It's mad to think that this is only worth 2/3 grand and a escort cosworth and lancia delta Integrale Evo of the same year are worth 20+ grand.

All these cars from 1994 including the mitzi evo were reviewed as rivals in many a magazine.

It's mad alright the only reason I can see is that subaru flooded the world with imprezas where as the cossie and integrale were limited numbers

wagon dec

id say thats why
i see old subarus going up
classics will be 10k - 15k in 10 years
just like sierra cosworths
in 10 or 15 years time how much would a ex subaru driver pay for one
to remember the good ole days :subaru:
like all old cars
the arse falls out of them
there all scrapped and a few remain
becoming rare cars

how many genuine classics are out there now
and if you had 5k in the morning you could buy knowing its a genuine clean car
id say you could count them on 2 hands at this stage
loads advertised as mint but very very few are
imagine what it will be like in 10 years

sure even go to a meet now how many classics turn up
some change to 5 years ago
I think bugs and blobs are already hard to find in good shape already
and classics can already be classed as scarce

like 205 gti,s
they where for a song 4 years ago
now there back to 5k - 8k for a mint one
Subaru cant be exempt for general trends in Motoring History surely

Just wondering did I see this the Saturday of the west cork rally this year?if it was,it looked spotless.
Was only 1 of 3 or 4 classics I see all weekend and that included my own one.
If it was me I wouldn't be selling it for 2 or 3 grand as in my opinion it's worth a lot more. There getting rare especially the type ra.

Totally agree with u colm,

I have always loved d classic shape over any other scooby shape and said id have one for weekend car as I got older, thats why I bought d type r, it is not mint by any stretch of d imagination and will cost me a small fortune to get it in good condition but I dont care as I love them and think there value will appreciate in d future, I know I probably wont make my money back on d car but im not doing it for that reason, I want to be able to drive it down the street in 10 yrs time still putting a smile on my face and for the next generation of petrol heads to see it :stismiley

I understand what your saying colm but what im trying to say is why so much difference in price as the cars are the same year, its not like the Subaru is 2004 and the cosy is older and that's why they make the money, theres about 10 escort cosy for sale on pistonheads and more integrales, but only two impreza's from 95 for sale, its crazy, imo the Subaru should be worth a lot more, look at these examples

Totally agree Johnny
Your right
I don't see it staying that way in years to come
Is what I mean
It can't surely
