Heat Shield.

Hi lads
was in with Ciaran yesterday getting a few bits done he noticed i'm missing the turbo heat shield (over the turbo)
does anyone have a spare one they dont need that will fit

dont think the heat shield will fit back on with a bell mouth downpipe!!!!

i know mine wont sit on properly!!!

@Mark yeah i think thats why its missing on mine the so called mechanic didnt want the hassel of moding it to fit when i got the exhaust fitted not long after buying the car,
but i think he has since got his marching orders.

think two will fit back no prob but one wont line up!!!!
newage is different to classic at a guess!!!
twin scroll doesnt make any difference though!!

You can grind it at back along where it has an overlap and is spot welded, it wont be seen from any angle only from underneath and that will fix your down pipe, i actuall messed around and have my heatshield back on over my 430bhp turbo, so anythings posooble with a vice, grinder and hammer think i have a spare one there aswel nic..good to have it on when you running your standard toopmount, you be amazed at what it stops
