green badge

hi lads, my friend just bought a 93 wrx from the uk its completly bog standard and its in beautiful condition, and is suprisingly very very quick, he was wondering about the badge in the frony grill its green with the i in it for import, does it mean anything about the car that it may have different spec than others of this model, or is it just a green badge that means nothing,

Nope never saw a green badge..... maybe it's an aftermarket one

I've a dark green badge on my car. Its nearly black its that dark but its defo green. The JDM impreza WRX's were badged with them I think
