Grease removal help needed

Didn't see anyone actually suggest degreaser, or solvent degrease to remove your grease) . Then there's also IPA you could try. Of course if something is etched into the paint, then you need it sanded or compounded out. Have you got a good pic of it and people could see better?

I used a citrus degreaser Rob spray stuff and the ba*tard still came back
