Literally wore this about 5 times before i stopped the whole mountain biking thing! Just taking up space in the wardrobe. Bought it summer 2012. Good for downhill or cross country, light and breathable and protects most of your upper body if you come off, could also probably use it for moto Info:

Fair play to you giving this away for free it's a nice piece of kit.
I always had it on my mind to get one for the summer
and use it under a light jacket on the motorbike.
 
it wouldnt be up to motorbike spec, bit definitely better than no protection on a motorbike, will definitely save your arms and shoulders and back if you come off
