Hi 2000 subaru forester s turbo, was driving fine might have been running a little rich, drove to shop today no issues came back out and started it, it ran for about 5 seconds and stopped, it just turns over now and won't start, it's not firing at all just turning over, any ideas or anyone had this problem, Tia

When you turn the key on and only ignition on can you hear the fuel pump prime .
Also it’s it turning over at the same speed it always did

Ye can hear fuel pump, and it is turning over the same as always.

Plugs then or plug leads .
When did it have a timing belt last

Timing belt about 4 yrs ago and has done about 5k on it, new ngk plug leads but don't know what plugs are like

Should still fire . Have you tried it since . Is there an aftermarket alarm or immobiliser in it

ye left it for about 6 hours and tried it, yes there is aftermarket alarm and immobiliser. Thanks for all your replies
