Dent repair!!

Hi all,
Hopefully soem one can point me in the right direction.Driving to work yesterday morning when some little wa**er  threw a stong at the car and damaged the drivers door.Thankfully it didnt come in through the window and hit either myself or my daughter.Paint is not damaged on the door.
Im based in mayo so if you know any good lads please let me know
