BMW swirl flap removal

I am considering a 320 d E46 for daily driver. First thing I would do - if I buy one - to remove these.
Can anyone recommend a place to get it done? Preferable midlands or between Dublin-Galway.

It's a good job the only problem I found after doing the ones on the wife's car was that it was wicked smoky after it when the engine was labouring
