Have her well over 2 years and it has never given me a spot of bother
2600 ovno

Love the coloured Titanium twin spout exhaust, same as my ART can, Lovely sound off them.

Sweet looking bike man, best of luck with the sale

thanks scoobymaniac. I love this bike, I just want something bigger cause i got the full licence a couple of months ago, If it sells it sells- if it doesn't it's ok because it's well capable of staying with the big boys with the help of the sprocket set up and the dynojetting  Also have a " Restriction cert" for this bike if required

I was thinking of getting something bigger myself, I've a 91 CBR400RR, but i've spent over 10 grand on this bike over the past 6 years and she keeps up with the big boys with a bit of a push on the straights, but in the twisties it'll leave them sitting

That has to be the cleanest 250 i've ever seen, looks like new, most that i've seen are scraped and scratched or missing panels. That looks spotless

I've been driving it the last 2 years on a provisional insured with carole nash no bother at all. Got stopped by garda loads of times too and no problem there either

A friend of mine is selling an Anniversary limited edition R1. It's 07 with 7k on the clock. He'd be intrested in taking the bandit as a trade in.
his name is Eoin and his number is 087 2434803
Hope this helps
Cheers
John

can that 600 be driven on a provisional licence?
[/quote]

If the bike came factory restricted then its group 5 insurance if its certified as fitted with an F1 international restrictor kit then its group 11 insurance but either way its completely legal to drive it on a provisional licence as it wont be over 33Bhp (25Kw) "on paper"

800 yoyos id say

I'd say more, The 1 year on 50cc back in 2000 is gone, that wont count as no claims bonus after a few years but if you have a full (unrestricted) bike (A) licence it might be around €1000 to €1500 i'd guess.

Best to ring up and get a quote, too many variables to try and guess, I'd recommend Quinn Direct for bike insurance, mine is down to €300 this year

Quinn do a 6 wheeler dealer they call it, id have mine on it only they wont do the type r.
