What makes him a modified car enthusiast?? That's just a robbed jammer or a primer bought for 100 quid and smashed about

Piss poor reporting again.

As above... I fail to see the connection between car enthusiasts who modify their cars... And toss pot wankers who go joy riding in industrial estates!

it's a load of Bol**x alright -- negligent "journalism" and really fail to see any connection between a joy-rider wrecking a stolen car and public property (lets assume it wasn't his own one given how he used it)... and a "modified car rally"... I mean SERIOUSLY... where did the writer get the idea of modified from... and... doesn't a "rally" imply a group of cars and not a single manic joy rider ?!? WTF like? :wtf:

Seriously thought leaving a comment or two about it on the Indo's webpage, or maybe write to the editor to ask him/her what they were thinking approving that article - Jaysus, the tabloid editors would even do a better job and one would expect better from a broadsheet.

Every Sunday evening in ballymount loads of young lads gather in "modified" cars, they run a muck until the Garda arrive, often lads like above turn up in robbed yokes and make a bad situation worse, not defending the poor journalism but that's where they are getting it from.

And they even mention the 8 who were arrested at a modified car "rally" in Clare, nothing about how they were actually done for drugs, not a car offense :facepalm
