AP racing pads

Well I bough a set of ferodo frp3084H pads for my AP callipers and when fitted they hit the bell, these are the pads listed on godspeed but got them a bit cheaper. Offered them up to the CL pads and they are deeper, but the cl pads look like they have been milled.

I've seen a few ap calipers on here, were the pads custom from godspeed ?

And can you mill brake pads ?
 
There's 2 types of calipers AFAIK

or 2 different shape pads pending on what calliper model You have cp???? I think is how the calipers go
