Another B4 newbie!

hows things lads,im a new 02 b4 owner,need some info on how to get it mapped as i have no idea,can anyone help me?
 
@kaybee do you work out in newcastle in that industrial estate icetronix are in? seen a red blitzen out there the other day
 
seen one in southside automotive back june 06....
