Full sti kit, skirts, spats, rear spoiler and a front lip(not standard)

I bought the car a few months back and was in the process of getting ready for nct but circumstances have changed and I need to sell it on. car runs and drives great.. I have fitted the following parts
4 new tyres
New battery
New O2 sensor
New Afm
Oil and filter
Front disc and pads
I have 2 exhausts, a standard full system for nct with 2 cats and a full 3 inch system w/hks downpipe, 4inch tail pipe.
Standard exhaust is fitted at the moment because I was getting it ready for nct,
The car needs the following but I have all the new parts to go with the car,
2 front c.v joints (I have 2 brand new complete driveshafts)
Inner tie rod (small bit of play, I have new inner rod and outer track rod end)
Play in gear lever (I have the new linkage from subaru)
Car passes emissions test no problem, have the print outs to prove.
There is a small bit of rust bubbles around the top of the rear arches, few marks here and there but nothing major.
Open to offers, nothing stupid, I'm not looking top dollar but I have put a lot parts into the car.
