2005 Impreza STi Spec C

Rob Spec C

Octane Boostaholics
A car has come up that I would be very interested in so I'm sticking the Spec C up here to see if there's any genuine interest in it, will probably stick it on pistonheads at the weekend.

Spec:
2005 Subaru Impreza Spec C

Roof Vent
12L water Spray Bottle in Boot
Lightweight Glass
Front electric windows
BBS STi Wheels with Bridgestone RE050 Tyres (75% life left)
Lightweight carpet
Aluminium Bonnet and Bootlid
Front STI Strut brace
Rear Strut brace
6 Speed Gearbox with helical front diff (Spec C only)
Rear Limited Slip Differential (Genuine LSD, unlike standard STi's)
Brembo's Front and Rear
Plus all usual Spec C additions

Additions:
Full Straight through Miltek Exhaust system
Fuel Pressure Regulater
3 Port Boost Solenoid
Cosworth Panel Filter

Hel braided Brake Lines
Hel Braided Clutch Line
Zero Sports (I believe, no markings) road pads, plus will also come with Carbon Lorraine RC8 pads
Full Clifford G5 alarm
Tein Bonnet Lifters
Smoked side lights

Pink 'i' badge
Alpine Head Unit
Godspeed Grooved Front disks
Eibach Rear Camber Bolts
STi Side Skirts - Removeable, thankfully the sills were never drilled
New Bosch S4 battery to come fitted with the car.

Car is estimated to be running in the region of 350-360bhp, not confirmed on rollers though. Serviced regularly, 1,500kms since last oil change, running 15W50 Motul Engine Oil. Running 75W90 Motul Gearbox Oil and Motul 75W140 LSD Rear Diff Oil. Running Motul RBF 600 Brake Fluid.

Most people here will know the condition of the car and how well its maintained. The front and rear bumpers have been sprayed to be tidied up but every exterior metal panel on the car is 100% original paint, can be verified with a paint thickness gauge for any potential buyer.

There are approximately 94,000kms on the car.

Hard to price it but this is the minimum I will accept, no offers or part exchanges.

Fook an evo, I'm joining the rs owners club after last weekend :smokin:

@grahamo, the BMW is a separate issue altogether, that's just because I need a daily driver I can enjoy.

a1 rob, will let you know, hope ur sure about selling it, everyone here regrets selling one particular special car they owned

I'll only be selling it if I am guaranteed to get the other car, otherwise this is too good of a car to let go of  .. That's assuming of course someone wants to buy this :icon_lol:

Best of luck with the sale rob savage car
And the one your after is even better
[/quote]

What's "even better" than a spec c?

What you thinking of buying to replace the blob rob ?..

Ah I don't know? I bought mine to drive it every day.
Don't understand why people do that, they aren't classic Ferrari's!
Drive it on I say

Best of luck with the sale and I hope it's an RA-R your after or something as special as the Spec-c.

If I had a 10min trip to work every day, then I would drive it daily, but alas I don't and can't afford 3 tanks a week just to get to work, never mind go anywhere else :icon_hang:

Didn't even know there was an ra-r in the country but it is as special as a spec c

Best of luck Robbie I hope you get the car you are after. The Spec C is a class motor and a great spec also. You should have no bother finding a buyer as you look after your cars well, the Leggy I got from you is still going strong.

the ra r was down kerry direction iirc . had skirts and a spoiler added which ruined it imo. one of the lads I work with was liking it alot at terenure so let him know it was on the market . he was looking for a type r but cant find a straight one anywhere .

Very curious as to what might be replacing this, all I can think is S204.
Lovely car Robbie hope the sale/purchase works out for ya!
