2002 wrx hegging engine

Hi everyone , my 2002 wrx is idling perfect except for the heavy smell of I burnt petrol in idle and the idle is perfect but when I put the foot to the floor and hit full boost the whole car starts hegging and when I let off it will back fire and the heavy smell of un burnt petrol will come , anyone know what’s going on here ? Coil packs ? Spark plugs are just after being changed in august with ngk iridium’s
 
Sound like fuel cut . But could really be any number of things . Maf / injector / fuel pump . Boost pipe off .

Was it driving ok and suddenly started doing this it was it always doing it
 
I checked all my boost pipes at it’s boosting perfect it’s just when I’m foot to the floor and in full boost it’ll start cutting , I’m getting no lights up on the dash either , we switched around fuel pumps to and the same story , and I also switched around maf to , I also have a defi boost gauge and when I’m in idle the needle will go down 0.6 starting to wonder if Iv a vacuum leak
