Yea, it was the standard one on Toms RB That was causing the problem

So maybe mark's 3 port is faulty then? Suppose he'll find out once its changed either way

Hi again, bit of an update
Over boosting seems to be the problem.

I'v ebeen advised to install a boost controller and all will be fine.

My thinking is that there's a reason its over boosting and will the controller just over ride this problem rather than fix it?! :dontknow:

Could any one advise me on this or recomend someone good I could bring to ta check all this out?

might be cheaper to fix the problem than to hide it by buying a controller!!!
i would personally rather the fault fixed but thats your call man!!!

boost controller mite not fix the problem if there is an issue with actuator or waste gate etc etc, i heard of people having trouble with there waste gate after fitting cheap or dual dump down pipes, if not made correctly, they can stop waste gate opening

Ya I would rather just find and fix the problem too.

There was a full exhaust system on the car when I bought it with a de cat down pipe. I bought a cat and removed the de cat down pipe to c if this would help.......it made no difference.

Just at the stage that I cant afford to keep throwin wasted money at it! :icon_sad:
