Hey all im new to this :D Planning on buying a 99 legacy twin turbo on Thursday :653:
the fella says its got immobiliser and a really good central locking system?? but where I live has people that have a liking for robbing cars mainly jap and this b4 is a jap :argh: so any suggestions greatly appreciated :stismiley

If ya live in an area known for that I'd wouldn't go buying a car like that
The little fookers will break into your house to get the keys

Mds Ireland trader on here will sort you out with a Clifford
On another note if you don't know much about them make sure you have the b4 checked out
They need to be mapped and few other things to be careful of
Have it looked at bye a trader on here etc. or someone who knows them before spending your hard earned cash might be worth doing
Just my 2 cents

Plugs a way €€€€€€€€

Proximity alarms are very handy IMO. I have them and it's quiet where I live so if anyone goes near car it goes off before they know what's happening. Also would recommend Clifford alarms.

No just trying to help the lad so he doesn't get burnt but sure take what you want out of it

It won't have an immobiliser unless it has been fitted with an aftermarket alarm already, and if it hasn't been fitted with an aftermarket alarm, they are incredibly easy to steal.

And who the fook are you? The man has recommended a reputable business who are good at what they do, that's the decent thing to do. And there's you plugging "your mechanic" who'll fit kill switches, that'll be great when they've already broken into the car, and torn the ignition barrel apart :icon_rolleyes:
