Syncro's for 3rd and 4th

For a 98 wrx sti type r gearbox. 3rd crunches all the time up and down the box, was always this way am told and 4th is starting to crunch a little so may as well do it too while I'm at it. Where do I get them or look for them or is it just a case of bend over for the dealers?? Anyone have part numbers??
