Subaru Legacy 1999 twin turbo cooling system problem.

This week we arrived to Ireland with two Subaru Legacy cars from Ukraine. One of them is original Japanese Subaru Legacy 1999 twin turbo and the car expirienced leackage of cooling liquid during last voyage leading to overheating of the engine at the latest stage. We are staying in Dublin 12, could you please recommend the technician to look at the car.
