Would you still trust it though? Surely it's going to have a fair few teething problems...
My parents were looking at buying one but I don't think they should until it has been out on the market for about 2 years.

Honda made there first ever deisel a coupe of years back 2.2 cdti and it's regarded as one of the best deisels out at the mo!
Subaru are supposed to be aiming at around 170bhp and 270lb/ft with 2000cc's So I'm looking forward to seeing how they get on!
Also that sould be very easily tuned! Remapping alone often gets 25-30% extra bhp on T-Deisels! so 230 bhp and 340lb/ft and 50somethong to the gallon!
