just seen a few of the new Skyline GTRs on a jap auction site.. sweettttt. i will buy a black one when i win the lotto on wednesday
 
I don't like the look af it..I think its one of those designs that will date very quickly..the original concept was much cooler nice rounded sweeping lines..this thing is all nose and angles
 
How much are they going for in japan? Id like to be in a position to be able to get one, id say if you brought one over you could make a good few quid on it and it would be nice driving one around for a while. I wonder how much VRT on hte first one imported would be. Does look a bit like a beefed up celica mixed with the new evos front though, i do agree about it dating quickly and i think they could have done a lot better. Most new cars are poxy though imo, sure look at the new impreza..

@Wetpatch. there is no such thing as tamper proof.... just ask Microsoft
Maybe nobody can tamper with it at the moment , but give them a few months and i guarantee you somewill will hack it

Don't mock - my father had a Datsun, it was the only new car he ever had of his own. But how I wished he'd brought home the 240Z that was sitting on the forecourt beside it! :cry:
 
Uncle had a 240z and a 280z after..240 was abetter car according to him...still the 280z did 140mph in 1984 was impressive

That seemed to be the general opinion, likewise for the 260Z that came out in between them.
