Second hand Intercooler?

Hi all, as usual while shopping for cool JDM parts came across this ARC intercooler(A third the price of a new one) Just wondering does anyone have experience buying/installing a used intercooler and are there any potential pitfalls? And other than looking cool will it add much to the car over the stock one?

Short answer is No.

Long answer is also no .

Thing I've learnt (at great cost) is if what u have is working fine then leave it alone..

That 500 quid go along way towards tires brakes servicing Pothole tax mapping ect ect ect
