Rust issue

drill out old bit and weld new. its common place for rust. I have it on mine too. someone had a good thread with photos here, if i find it I will post link

Ac condenser
Upon also removing ac condenser that is wrecked also so need purchase new one,have sorted new one but old pipe work with the olive fitting is rusted together to joint on old condenser,so just wondering if anyone has had this problem or solution as the pipe is fragile and do not want damage as this is hard pipe back into rear of engine bay ????
