From what I can tell there,of the parts diagrams
Protector assembly-rear quarter, right 91021FE060VW
Maybe a Subaru dealer would be cheapest (OEM ones come pre painted,no matter who You buy from,same as the fog covers ) , or Luke in ICP Import Car Parts
could help
From Japan ,116 euro including delivery but add duty and vat and handling fees it would probably be 180-200 worst case (all in) I would assume

I bought them.from ICP before brexit, very reasonable and pre painted just order the correct colour obviously
They clip in and also have adhesive sticker on inside to hold in place, there is a bolt in rear wheel arch that you loosen if you want and allows the rear bumper to drop about half inch and makes fitment simple then
