question about a phone

hi all have a question not sure of the correct name on it but when your receivin a call it calls out the name of the person ringin u is there a special app or summit to acheive this heard it on a phone think its deadly i have meteor network any help on this would be great :thumbsup:

Its mostly Nokia Phones that do it, It was on my N95 and N97
Its just a setting that needs to be turned on!!!!
 
My girlfriends Nokia has it. She is Slovak so it doesnt do a great job of saying some names hahahaha
