nct?

hi my rear wiper has packed up on my legacy gtb does anyone know if this would be a fail?not to bothered with this but have nct at end of month.

Id say get it fixed mate, just so it passes.

think il have to spent e3500 to get her through the last one it took months to sort out so dont want the same this time need to do brakes and tyres now this.
never a dull moment
