This is a straight plug in for the Ver 5 + 6 Impreza - MY 99-00. Has the whole lot anti lag and launch control and works perfectly.

This can be had for 1000 euro lads. Its a MAFLESS ECU with Anti Lag and Launch Control on it.

Not sure it might, I noticed a 2002 STI Forrester a few months ago that had the 99-00 ECU. If you email me a pic of your ECU I can tell you.
