Legacy intermittent C/E light

Good morning all,

Recently been have an intermittent c/e and engine misfire with my legacy b4 TT,

It will only happen either directly after a spirited bit of driving or dropping through the gears when slowing down. Hot or cold also dosnt seem to matter

If I drive and keep revs low etc I won't get the warning.

I've flashed the code and it's giving the IACV fault, I've cleaned and changed this for new with no luck.

If anyone has any idea what to try next I would appreciate it!

Hey Emmet, I had this issue before and a good clean fixed it.
If you're in the Dublin area I'd happily let you swap with mine to test if it's the actual part failing.
Presume it's the same part for BH5 TT

Thanks for the offer! I'm in Cork so too far! I've cleaned the old one and still had the fault, now I've a new one and still have the fault I think a bit more digging is needed
