Anyone now if isofix fittings can be fitted to a 2008 Audi a3 sportback.

If so any suggestions on where to start looking to get them from.

Cheers lads
Mick

Thought the audi would have. Even the mk4 golf's had them.
Ford sell the kit to fit the focus that didn't have. I'd say main dealer part.

Friend of mind worked fitting baby seats 5days a week he said not much difference. Between isofix and the standard car baby seats. I never put them in any of the cars that had them but if you have isofix seats already then it makes sence

Big difference Joe much more secure as bottom of child seat clamps into that isofix bar used to demo em all the time many moons ago ????

most cars that don't have isofix as standard will usually have a bolt in retrofit option. would have thought audi being a premium brand would have been standard. if its too expensive from audi, you could try a breakers, chances are if its not standard it will bolt out. isofix is only safe upto a certain weight, think around 20kg

as the stranger above says isofix only upto 18kg & then must be seatbelt fitted

you need to get colm to change your name again ciaran
