Is there supposed to be another airbox here ?

Hi all is there supposed to be another plastic airbox under this ? 1998 Subaru Legacy 2.2 petrol non turbo

Can you post a photo of the whole engine , if it’s anything like any other non turbo models the air box will be at the throttle body and what you’re looking at is the intake pipe and resonator

Thanks is there supposed to be another resonator under that pipe seems like a big waste of space or gap just want to be sure in case I need to get it .

I’m not 100% on that , looks correct

No the abs unit was usually there so the intake went over it
Is there no abs on that car

Not that I know il have to speed uo and do a slam on to check if she locks up or not
