How Many years a Subaru owner ????

Was a bit late to the subaru gang , bought this in 2010 for 4500 with test , only kept it a few months sadly, great value in those days , always had a few around since , have 3 gc8 impreza at the minute

Bought my first blue irish turbo in 1998 '97 wx 4672' still see it doing '00' on some rallies around the country, was in west cork 2 years ago.
Sold her in 2000 and bought a 1999 irish turbo blue again. '99 wx 376' sold her in about 2002. Bit of a break then with the usual problems - house, married etc etc!
Then the current wrx blob was bought in 2015 with no plans to get rid of anytime soon!

drove a 1ltr seat ibiza for years due to insurance , then i put on my big boy boots in 07 and bought my current bug sti . being my daily ever since . cant see anything replacing it .
 
UK turbo wagon back in 2003, loved it and exchanged it for a jdm wrx, and then onto a jdm STI and joined the club while I had that. I've been sick ever since.
 
Hi I?m 19 years Subaru owner, starting with my 1st ever car I owned was this 1995 1.8l all wheel drive animal????, wouldn?t pull the pants off you to be honest but fantastic car to drive, followed later on by 01 type Uk sti bug, then 03 Jdm sti blob.

Like you Ciaran kinda drawn lately towards a foz and leaving the blob in storage with a few others.
Like the idea of a foz to modify and bring on club outings. Dont like the idea of modifying the blob! Keep her standard and mod the foz! Just my opinion!

100% Foz is a great car wanted one for a long time..

The sf5 model is old school and something that's defo abit different from the impreza but shares the character awd noise ect..with the benefit of being comfy and very practical

I recommend getting one if you can find a good one and really enjoy mine.

For a proper rip I'd take the keys of the Impreza every time[emoji106]

Always knew I will end up with subaru since I played CM2. First one was in 2004 a gen 2 Legacy 2.2 auto in the states. Then 99 gen3 2.5lx, 99 b4 and 2005 sti. All in about 16years with a few years break here and there :54:
 
Only bought my first Subaru last November. So far all is good. Insurance being the main blocker to me owning before now as car is my daily. Always liked them since watching rallying as a young lad.
 
I always fancied a Subaru and test drove one in 2003 in a garage in Surrey in the uk. My experience of test drives in Ireland was a spin around the block, this was different. Russ, the sales guy got to over a ton within 25 seconds of leaving the garage, after not crashing on a sharpish bend at very high speed, I knew the car was for me, I bought a demo blobeye wrx.

Then got an 2006 forester Xt, got another one and then had a hatch sti, had the wife in the forester and me in the sti for a while

Sold the sti in 2016 and then got a Hawkeye Jdm a year or so later

So 16 years or so

Could see myself broadening my horizons but pretty sure I?d be back again
