otherwise for those that may not know if you scroll down all the way in the default forum window you have all sort of info including, who is online and whose birthday is today. So don't be shy to post a quick thread about someones birthday if you see it even if you dont know the person. Its always uplifting to get a few congrats even more now when we are talking a bit about mental health etc.:thumbsup:
