Forester Rear Differential

Hi All,
I think my 253k 2012 Diesel Forester has a rear differential that is coming to its end. Any ideas of repair costs, or a good place to get new or 2nd hand replacement?

lot of the diesel foresters have been broken due to engine failure
so if You have a mechanic who has diagnosed this then maybe locate one used on https://partfinder.ie/ may work
maybe You can locate the part there and get youre mechanic to fit
