Why didn't they produce a program??
Generally you expect the advertisements and sales to pay for printing which they generally do.

Not sure, heard few saying because of covid and try to restrict crowds, but that wouldn't add up, the crowds were there anyway, make more sense that they knew where they were going,

Worked out well anyway, great rally and stages handy enough got, 2 stages ran 3 times and hour service between, no panic on anyone,
