Day out in Monaghan

Well I was up in Monaghan yesterday at the rally school. It was not open to the public cause Modern Tires had it booked out for their customers. So my sisters boyfriend knows the owner of modern tires so me,my brother and sisters b/f were invited up. British champion Mark Higgins was there for the day. He was driving Conor Byrnes Evo 9 and bringing people around the track. Was chatting Mark for a while sound man. He was telling me about the Ulster and winning Group N . He took me for about 4 laps, The control that guy has in a car is unreal. The grip is unbelievible. Such an experience. Was out in the Scoobys too Anyway not gonna bore ye any longer. I was alowd drive but was a bit hungover to drive :lol: Stomach wasnt the best so just went in the passanger seat. After seeing Mark and the other instructors driving I would of just embarresed myself :lol:

i was up there a couple of weeks ago and was lapping 2 secs a lap faster in the escort than the scooby with half the power, half the drive shafts and no computers, how strange :dunno:
